Primeland Development proudly presents the Project – SYCAMORE ORLANDO RESORT.

For this project a Joint Venture was created with the best professionals in the market as well as a group of experienced investors.

The management of this development is: Karen Costa – Business Administrator, Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Agent. She is the founder and CEO of Finance Express Mortgage, an 18-year real estate company in the states of Florida and Massachusetts.

The entire technical project is led by Architect – Ray Scott with extensive experience in commercial real estate especially in the hotel business, he brings with him an American group renowned for his projects in Central Florida.

The construction schedule is planned so that the entire project will be completed between 2019 and 2021. Our plan is that in the second half of 2019 we start all foundation works and in early 2020 vertical construction.
