We’re Offering A Guaranteed Rental Income

When you purchase a unit at Sycamore Resort you are automatically part of our Rental Program and get all benefits that come with it. However, Primeland Development is giving you BONUS benefits of our leaseback program as a special addition to your purchase.

1. We’ll Pay You 

Sycamore Resort Property Management will pay to the Owner equal to ten percent (10%) of the gross purchase price of the Unit (excluding of the purchase price of all furniture and furnishings).

2. Monthly Payments

Sycamore Resort, Property Manager will divide by twelve (12) the total amount due. Paying the Unit owner on the 20th of each month.

3. Selected Dates Apply

The owner can use up to 15 days a year, blocked out dates apply*
