How long does it take to build each phase of Sycamore Resort?
Thanks to the building technology adopted the construction of Sycamore Resort will be completed quickly. The forecast of works in the foundation will be made between 90 and 120 days. The buildings will be built in just 10 months.
Will Sycamore Club be delivered in the first PHASE?
Yes, Sycamore Club with all of its Recreational area will be delivered at the inauguration of Sycamore Resort in April 2021
Who is the builder?
Our builder is WPC (Winter Park Construction). The company has over 40 years of experience and will work to build the Resort in partnership with the best professionals and equipment in Central Florida.
How can a building be delivered in just 10 months?
Each tower has 62 residential units on average. The construction hollow-core blocks can be made of standard concrete with traditional sand and gravel aggregate held together with Portland cement. Prefabricated concrete slab technology makes construction safe and agile. In just a few months all buildings will be built, leaving only the internal finishing to be completed.
Will the construction only begin when they sell the units?
No, the construction begins as soon as the builder’s planning is approved by the Building Department and the work is in line with the bank’s schedule.
Has the construction started yet?
Yes, we started the relocation of Gopher Tortoise as requested by the Florida Wildlife Department permitting.
The next step is the to established the traps and start the physical relocation, this is a job of 28 days. It’s previewed to end by April 20th, 2020.
